Icons of the West by wildlife artist Robert Peters available from Snow Goose Gallery.
Arizona artist Robert Peters spent several years painting and raising horses in Colorado. But, it was another range that inspired this painting. A herd of bison graze peacefully on the wildflower dotted plains that lead to the Tetons in the distance. This land was a mecca for the massive animals who are "knee deep" in luxurious grass and colorful spring wildflowers - all well before man made his Western thrust.
Giclee canvases released 2008.
