No fishing hole treats any two anglers equally, a fact that does not discriminate between the animal kingdom and the Orvis crowd. Bonnie Marris has worked some real magic on this particular painting. As an artisan, she has created a wonderful play of water and light. As a lover of wildlife, she gives us a taste of the wolves sense of play and humor. As an observer of the life, she reminds us that sometimes the distance between man and these complex, intelligent animals is not so great after all.
