Return Policy

We guarantee safe arrival and condition to be as described for all the art and framing we sell. We're counting on you to be familiar with the print or canvas you are purchasing as the internet image may or may not be a perfect reproduction of the actual item.

Please refuse delivery on any package if damaged to the extent that you KNOW the contents have been compromised. Ask the delivery person to note and acknowledge the existence of such damage. If minor damage to the package is apparent, ask if you may open the package in the driver's presence. Note damage and refuse OR accept order if not damaged.

If the print or canvas is just not what you thought it would be, we will accept prepaid returns (please call for authorization) for full store credit for the invoice value of the item. Please notify us within seven calendar days of arrival.
